Vetman Ltd is a leading company in veterinary instrument & equipment wholesaler business in Finland. I am responsible for the sales to vet clinics, veterinaries and other clients. Product Marketing and equipment maintenance is also a part of my work. I am the contact person for authorities, customers, international wholesalers and end users. I am also partly involved in material translations and logistic planning. My work includes sales of educational programmes to vets and vet nurses. I manage a sales team of three employees.

I was responsible for the whole CH-department - 4 reps and 1 assistant which also included a part of the Oral Care products. The responsibilities included sales and marketing of GSK’s OTC products and I was the contact person to the head office (in Denmark). Budgeting, planning and contacts and yearly contracts with customers (pharmacy chains) were also my responsibility. At the national level I was also a member of the Finnish Medical Industries OTC Committee.

My responsibilities were the sales and marketing of Merck’s OTC products. I was responsible for contacts to the headquarters and customers and the education of a sales team of five reps. My job description consisted of budgeting, making yearly contracts with pharmacy chains and follow-up of the contracts, planning of advertising, planning of media and marketing material, responsibility of exhibitions and other customer occasions as well as sales responsibility of my sales area and education of pharmacists in this area

I acted as veterinary rep / product specialist in the area of Western and Central Finland as well as Southern Finland (also Helsinki area) and my customers were pharmacy personnel, veterinarians and veterinary nurses. My job description consisted of customer visits and planning of sales and marketing in my sales area and organising different customer occasion.
