15 Years experience on telecommunications and software quality. Working with information technology projects with public heath care. The main activities are SW Testing and Delivery management. Also part of Major Incident Management (MIM) team.Worked with IP mobility management. The common term is Always Best Connected (ABC) IP network. How to create, manage, select and modify the best possible access point in a heterogeneous network environment.To exploit the ABC there are challenges with existing devices that need to be overcome. These challenges such as user security and energy efficiency are examined in my research. Finally, to enhance the probability that the real-time communication may be handovered without compromising user experience, may required multihoming. In there simultaneous network interfaces are active at the same time.In these areas the my work is real-life based and implementations are based on Linux operating system and Android framework.Specialties: Understanding of 3GPP and IETF standards and SW development related to them.Project Management, SW Testing, Research and Application development on Voice over IP, 3GPP systems.
