In addition to managing and developing the team I participated in product road map and architecture planning and was a member of the management team.Balance software stack consists of Azure, ASP.NET MVC, AngularJS and SQL Server.

My role at Attido was to create new business for the company. I was the leader of Products & Solutions business unit that creates IPR to Attido: Domain specific ERP solutions, case management, financial workflow automation and mobile business apps.I was responsible for strategy, managing and developing the offering, P&L, sales, account management and team development (performance, hiring and training). I was also involved in business development of our subsidiaries in UK and Estonia and member of the management team.I was responsible for developing our Microsoft offering, competence development and managed our partner relationship with Microsoft.

I was the co-founder and chairman of the board of a Attido Oy subsidiary. Attido Mobile focuses on mobile software development on major mobile platforms and mobile product development. In addition to my board role I also sold mobile services to Finnish customers and educated them about benefits of mobile solutions and helped them envision new solutions to their customers.

I was the Managing Director of a venture of Attido Oy. Pauhu Games Oy was a game studio in Kotka that focused on mobile game development. I was responsible for leading the team, raising funding and running the company.We released two games under Cheezia brand that were featured in Apple App Store, Google Play and Windows Store and got millions of downloads.

I became the Managing Director of Ravensoft Ltd. during a difficult period both externally and internally. I was were able to raise revenue by over 20% and returned the company back to being profitable. I helped the company close deals with several new customers and also secured a successful exit for the owners and a good future to the employees.After the merger I continued to work as a management team member in the new company.

I worked as the co-founder, senior consultant and chairman of the board at Ravensoft for 10 years. I founded the company with a friend and grew the company profitably into 20+ people and expanded into UK. I was the main responsible for our software service sales and successfully negotiated several key deals for the company. Our customers included Finnish hi-tech sector, public companies and even a public US company. During the time I also participated in creation of more than 30 commercial software titles in leadership roles and helped ensure customer satisfaction, on time delivery and contract renewal

Windows Software Engineering for Tetra Dispatcher Workstation.I was involved in several assignments involving the development of Nokia’s Digital Trunked Radio Network. I designed and implemented parts of the Network Management and Dispatching system interfaces and developed software for communicating with the TETRA Exchange.

Software development for papermills, operational reporting, QNX, CI was responsible for redesigning and implementing a Management Information System for paper mills. I also implemented a data link protocol and associated content description language and compiler to interface the MIS with customer systems.I was also asked to create the interface to International Paper’s mill monitoring system. This was done on-site in Pascagoula, Mississippi.
