The implementation included gathering and reviewing of leases where IBM acted as a Lessee ( Real Estate leases, Vehicle leases and Equipment leases). Review the most material leases, setting up the way of handling vehicle and equipment leases due to its size – grouping portfolios. Implement and adjust new Software for recording leases – Tririga based on EMEA leases requirements. Identifiying and immediately solving issues connected with New Lease standard application. Continuous advice, education and support to the team of Lease accountants which lead to successful adaptation of new lease process.

Providing expertise by delivering guidance and advice to the accounting team,Addressing escalations and responding to internal inquiries on complex issues relating to accounting entries for Real Estate Leases, Business partners and Agent Fees, Property insurance and ensuring issue and error resolution. Constant process improvements in terms of effectivity.

Performance of monthly tasks related to Business partners and Agent Fees accrual processes, Audit Fees accruals and maintaining Audit fees reporting for particular European countries, processing of journal entries, audit support, financial reporting and BS reconciliations, Creating Consolidation of Audit fees report for Middle East & Africa countries as part of reporting process.
