Leading SRV Group finance, real estate transactions and investment departments. Planning and successfully executing SRV's financial stabilization programme following heavy write-offs in Russian operations in 2022. Programme consisted of a 35 m€ rights issue, written procedures to convert senior unsecured bonds into hybrid bonds, a tender offer for bondholders, conversion of existing hybrid bonds into common shares and renegotiating the senior bank financing facilities. The programme increased group equity by ca. 100m€ and concequently reduced interest bearing net debt with the same amount.In charge of planning and executing SRV's financial restructuring in 2021 including bond maturity extensions, RCF renewal and +100 M€ project financing facilities.Member of the Corporate Executive Team, reporting to the CEO.
