K1 Katsastus is a subsidiary of of A-Katsastus since December 2022. K1 Katsastus has over 60 vehicle inspection stations in Finland and has about 110 employees.My key tasks and responsibilities are related to A-Katsastus Group's sustainability reporting and development as well as general human resources and human resources development. I am part of A-Katsastus Group's operational management team.

My key tasks and responsibilities are related to the company payroll, training, recruitment, labor law and collective agreements and for the past two years also various HR Information Systems projects. A big part of my work is helping the management and supervisors to succeed in their work by giving advice and supporting them on daily basis. I manage the payroll process, employment related contracts, agreements and other related documents and employee negotiations. I coordinate the recruitment processes, supervisor training program and other non-technical training. I work with the different stakeholders as pension and insurance companies, labor unions and health care. I am a part of the Finnish management team.

I was a part of Finnish management team starting 2016. Starting 2015 I had up to two HR Assistants in my team.

When first started in K1 Katsastajat I was reporting to Finnish HR Director and was responsible among other things for recruitments, health care co-operation and various HR reporting in Finland. The company had almost 300 employees with three people in the HR team. Most of my work was delivering all the recruited operational employees for the whole company. I executed the whole process: job advertising and headhunting, interviews, negotiations, contracts and follow-up.

Co-owner and Chairman of the Board of the small local restaurant chain which consists of two restaurants Onzon Bangkok and Onzon Ahaan Thai as well as pop-up restaurant during summer time.

HRR Palvelu Oy was founded to serve the various Finnish and international companies in Olkiluoto3 Nuclear Power Plant Project in Eurajoki, Finland. The company was specialized in recruitment and rental of both long-term and short-term employees. The company had up to a 3 million euros overall annually and it was owned by Contineo group and which owns one of the biggest cleaning and maintenance companies in Finland, RTK-Palvelu.First 3 years I was the only employee and I did all the tasks of the company excluding bookkeeping. I was responsible for sales, recruitment, payroll computation (I calculated the salaries for all the company employees twice a month) and being the administration to all employees. Most recruits and renting was engineers and office staff later expanding also to other building industry professionals. After the company expanded to a 10 office chain my tasks were recruitment, headhunting and employee and applicant analysis (Thomas analysis). Afterwards the company has changed its name into RTK-Henkilöstöpalvelut.
