During this time, I captained nuclear safety related equipment projects, including the Posiva Encapsulation plant; in this capacity, I shaped effective spent nuclear fuel transfer, lifting, and handling equipment mechanical system projects, governing end-to-end operations and various projects from initial planning to quality management and final delivery. • Monitored legal and regulatory compliance.• Ensured optimal system and mechanical quality, overseeing engineering developments across all project phases.• Developed creative procurement strategies, negotiating contracts and purchasing to secure vital equipment and material at competitive pricing.

Managing and co-leading the Posiva Final Disposal plant project, I liaised with Onkalo Commissioning agents and third-party inspectors to govern inspection and safety classification initiatives.• Governed quality assurance and management, ensuring top-tier engineering capacity and quality.• Designed company quality / Project management system and practises in new strategic business area of Sito.
