I managed internal B2C information and data quality, including phonetics, query optimization, and system matching capabilities.In my role as a Data Management Consultant, I enriched and corrected customer data for CRM systems and campaigns. I connected data to internal sources using data matching tools and developed advanced selections for direct marketing campaigns across various industries.As a Principal Data Quality Specialist, I supported technical departments with expertise, design, and programming. I developed applications for matching tools, data delivery systems, analytical values reporting, and advanced source logic.
