My goal is to help artists, record labels and other cultural enterprises, enabling them to get their art heard end seen, and free their time to do what they do best even better; making art.My experience include ten years as A&R Manager at EMI Music Norway and four years as Head Of Strategic marketing at Phonofile, the largest independent music distributor in the Nordics, representing more than 2500 labels, with offices in Oslo, Gothenburg, Stockholm, Copenhagen, London and New York. At Phonofile I was responsible for helping artists and labels with their release-, marketing- and PR-planning, in addition to doing workshops and lectures for music industry organizations, festivals and universities. And now I do the same at Danmark Music Group in additions to running the label TBC Records.During the pandemic I worked as Head Of Business Development at the start-up NoordRights AS, developing a platform for administration of rights and waterfall payments in the movie- and TV-industry. I was responsible for seeking funding, and successfully secured support from Creative Europe (EU), Innovation Norway and Art Council Norway.Other relevant experience and skills: Lecturer (UIA, NTNU, NHH, INN), mentoring, festival booking (by:Larm), digital key account (EMI), public funding boards (Music Norway, Art Council Norway), concert promoter, booking agent, manager, carpenter.
