In addition, manage the operations department, including supply chain, sales operations, systems, and working capital. I have more than 15 years of experience in finance, corporate finance, and strategic planning, and I hold a CPA license and an MBA degree from Georgetown University.In my current role, I work closely with the CEO and the Board on annual budget, long-term financial plans and roadmaps, and ad hoc projects. I also lead financial due diligence for investors and manage cash burn. Since joining Syng, I have secured over $50 million of debt and equity capital, developed and implemented long-term business plans, created operating models, and reduced operating expenses by 15% by implementing cross-functional financial review processes. My mission is to enable Syng's growth and innovation by providing financial and operational excellence and insights. I enjoy working with a talented and passionate team that is transforming the audio industry with cutting-edge technology and design.
