I was hired to this position to act as a database developer and to build the needed infrastructure for a complex multi-tiered distributed application. Application had high security and reliability requirements. Project lasted around 1,5 years and after that I had the main responsiblity of maintaining the system and organizing further development projects.

Commit; Material Automation Oy was acquired by SysOpen in 1999. In SysOpen I was maintaining and developing operative systems (in-house systems) as well as participating in customer projects as technical expert. My areas of expertise at that time were mostly technologies such as MSMQ, MTS, SQL Server and Oracle.

I was hired as a programmer and IT consultant. I worked in customer projects developing custom-made database driven applications. The business area of the applications was sales, CRM and logistics, but some of the projects also involved low-level programming techniques with embedded systems.
