I changed my role from the Product Management to Cloud Operations and continued my work to adaptvand integrate the selected observability solution to operate more tightly in Azure Cloud with integrations to other systems as well. I ensured that the solution is deployed to the production. That included close co-operation with Cloud Ops team with training and tutoring responsibilities. I was the Technical Lead of the subject developing a configuration as code solution and I was responsible for both regular and ad-hoc user trainings, etc. My goal was to ensure that the observability solution is really taken into use in production, competences are in place and I enriched the team with my observability and Dynatrace experience.Achievements: Completing the Azure Cloud Infrastructure observability solution (see below) for appr. 1500 servers and containers including advanced log analytics.User trainings (regularly and ad-hoc) and solution documentation.Creation of Configuration as Code solution to ensure solution readiness for Platform Engineering.Integrations to 3rd party solutions, like Salesforce (webhook implementations).Defining and specifying OpenTelemetry based observability for monolithic M-Files server component.

My responsibility area was Monitoring and Observability architecture in Azure Cloud. I designed the solution and productized it to work in Azure Cloud based M-Files Customer cloud infrastructure. The monitoring solution was based on Dynatrace AIOps platform and I had overall responsibility of the solution starting from collecting of requirements and continuing to 3rd party supplier analysis and technology selections and piloting.I was a subject matter expert in contract negotiations and managed supplier relationship. I was a Technical Lead (in matrix) for the high performing DevOps team (5 developers) developing observability features. The operating environment was Azure Cloud. I also worked as product owner and Scrum Master of the development team.I designed and developed demo environments for M-Files sales and services. The solution was based on Azure cloud and local Hyper-V virtual machines. I designed and implemented the infrastructure in Azure (virtual machines, storage, networking etc.) and created demo use cases for sales including complex M-Files solutions and configurations. The environment with M-Files configurations is the technical solution for M-Files sales and works also as the development environment in M-Files services. User base is hundreds of users.Achievements:Architecting and productizing Azure infrastructure observability solution ensuring GDPR compliancy. Working as the advisor role for business stakeholders and decision makers related to the subject and the Scrum Master in the scrum team.Demo Environment architecture and implementation based on Hyper-V virtualization and Azure cloud including management application implemented using C# and .NET. Appr. 150 users in M-Files is using the solution.Productizing OCR solutions from ChronoScan and ABBYY as part of the M-Files portfolio.
