As Training Manager my main responsibilities were Qvantel DBSS solution training services bidding, planning and delivery to the customers worldwide (Spain, Italy, Algeria, Ukraine, Georgia, Kyrgysztan, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Bolivia, Colombia). It included customer's training case analysis and requirements definition for the solution, content scoping, training strategy definition, resourcing and coordination of the trainings development and knowledge transfer, delivery planning and trainings validation in co-operation with the customer and Qvantel delivery programs - in short: leading and orchestrating the process from end to end.Typical delivery included solution training for customer's business users, technical support and service operations units (each having own reguirements and scope): instructor lead theory courses, hands-on practices in solution testing environment and knowledge transfer/reverse learning sessions before and after the system/service go-live. Solution documentation coordination was a part of the delivery assets, included to the training package. Last two years trainings were carried out mainly online (because of Convid epidemic), only critical hands-on sessions were performed on-site/ face-to-face for customer teams.Key acheivements:Implementation of DBSS training services offering, timely training deliveries with good quality. Coordination for multi-cultural and -national delivery teams.

TreStart (www.trestart.fi) is a service for creating new innovations and new jobs in Pirkanmaa region. It offers an innovation framework where talented job seeking professionals from different business fields will have an arena to collide their ideas by using agile and facilitative methods. The goal is to generate totally new business and job opportunities for them and for local businesses. I was a member of the service team running the activities and preparing the project proposal for funding (City of Tampere and EU).I was also project manager for 6Aika project "Näyttämöt ja kasvunpajat" (www.kasvunpajat.fi) kicked-off in autumn 2016. The aim of the project was to create and test a new kind of an approach for activating students / soon-to-be-graduated persons with experienced and skilled job seekers. Motivated and energized workgroups were established to solve identified growth challenges of local business in Tampere, Turku and Vantaa.
