I have worked several years in different managerial positions in construction business. I am very experienced negotiator and I have been involved with large scale projects in Finland and abroad. I have worked in international companies and I know what kind of challenges you can find there. Construction business is very challenging market area with ups and downs. During those periods I have made decisions on workforce to recruit and downsize, including also some factory closures. I have also been involved with mergers and acquisitions, and integrations.I have long experience with manageriaI jobs and leadership.
