I have over 20 years of experience, and have worked for the APA for 15 years. My responsibilities as the Senior Facilities Manager include, oversight and management of facility contacts of outsourced maintenance (plumbers, electricians, painters, security, carpet cleaners, parking, movers, etc.). Coordinate installations, internal moves and space planning. Manage the logistics for our Travel vendor as well as the day to day processes. I managed and executed the successful completion of our 2018 relocation and consolidation from Arlington VA, to the DC Waterfront/Wharf. This move consisted of over 200 employees and major services. I also manage the logistics for all in-house special events and large meetings. Provide excellent customer service and possess outstanding leadership skills. I have great problem solving skills, written and verbal communication skills. I love what I do, I'm passionate about helping others and providing results/services that make the customers happy and satisfied. I would be a great asset to any team or organization.
