Provide oversight and management, including facility contacts of outsourced maintenance (plumbers, electricians, painters, security, carpet cleaners, parking, movers, etc.). Provide statistical and budget information/ reports to the Director of Facilities Management. Track allocated cost for facility maintenance and common services. Review, research and process invoices while maintaining the budget and inventory data bases. Accustom to handling sensitive/confidential information. Manage all aspects our travel vendor, and manage several aspects of logistics for our Annual Meeting, managing shipping, signage, temporary help, and equipment needs. Responsible for developing new processes and procedures for the Facilities Management Department, Project Manager for all moves, (large and small) and space planning, 24-hour contact for all facility related issues, develop and manage vendor relations, manage and coordinate all aspects of in-house board meetings, serves as the special event/ Corporate Event Senior Manager, managing events from start to finish, leading a dedicated in-house team and external contractors for outside meeting events here at the APA Headquarters, acts as security and first responder to all emergencies and supervise two Facilities Coordinators Positions.
