The main task of this project existed in investigating and defining a framework of key persons that decide upon the port of destination.

During the summer months from 2010 until 2013, I've spent my time working at Q-beach house in Ostend. In 2010 I started as waiter, taking care of customers' orders. After 3 years I was appointed coordinator, whereby I had to guide daily operations, leading 20 people. My main tasks were HR, leadership, supply control, accounting, organizing and communication to the company's management.
