There are no silver bullets when working agile and it's the whole company that needs to be aligned. Maximize the value with minimal effort by doing the right things instead of concentrating on doing the things right. This means active customer- and user centric thinking that is included in my DNA somehow. I love good services and sustainable, quality driven products that I also want to create in my own work.
