● Traceability: Developed a solution to store material records documents and enable smart asset tracking for gas assets. The Traceability project satisfies the RTVC guidelines set forth by PHMSA/DOT regulations.● PCS: Re-platform the system of record for Cathodic Protection compliance inspections by implementing the PCS application and associated Allegro GPS units for data collection. ● CAD Tools: Developed an automated materials requisition solution to allow direct data transfer among PNG, Duke and external vendors. The CAD design tool platform uses a Maximo-based materials catalog to allow auto-population of Bill of Materials documents (BOM) and enable data sharing.

Facilitated the SAFe Agile Transformation for the development of a modularized OMNI–Channel Retirement Products as apart of TIAA’s strategic vision to open up the products for customers outside of the non-profit sectors. The Product services included Account Opening, Online Funding, Investing and Case Manager modules for the customers, agents and operations users. Integrated the product with the Adobe Analytics tool to identify the efficacy of usage, track the customer drop-off points and make improvements to the responsive application.Guided the program teams to implement Portfolio configuration of the Scaled Agile framework. Identified value streams and launched simultaneous Agile Release Trains for product delivery. Managed Portfolio Kanban boards by limiting WIP to enhance throughput and maintain visibility of the Strategic theme’s progress.
