Jarod and his brother Davin began the company in 2009 to begin constructing small residential projects in the suburbs of Melbourne whilst continuing their full jobs.

As a key member of the Synergy team, reporting to Michael Duster, Chairman, the Operations Manager’s primary responsibilities includes:• Administration and compliance duties in to fulfil the requirements of ASIC.• Assisting the Development Manager with the general “day to day” management of projects.• Assisting Development Manager with project cashflow analysis using Estate Master. • Liaising with the Sales and Marketing team to assist in the development of product, pricing and marketing strategies.• Conducting appropriate research on potential acquisitions and opportunities.• Liaising with external consultants to provide various reports to the Development Manager. • Assisting Development Manager with the management of Town Planning and Engineering applications.
