Research internal organizational and external government policies to determine compliance ofconference packet submissions within current Department of Defense’s, Secretary of the Army’s,Chief, National Guard Bureau’s, and the Director, Army National Guard’s conference policies. Asa contractor, I identify and document ARNG shortfalls within the current conference managementprocess. Report all shortfalls and present them to the government program manager (GPM) forreview. Offer potential solutions to the GPM and input the approved change orders to the mastercopy of ARNG-ZP internal managerial controls process. Responsible for presenting fiscal yearconference review plans, presented them to the office chief for approval, and offer courses ofaction to comply with DoD/DA/NGB guidance as it pertains to conference policy. Receive, track,and monitor the status of conference submission packets received from requesting office ActionOfficers (AO) to ensure timely submission and completion of requests. Conduct data mining;prepared ARNG correspondence and documents in accordance with (IAW) AR 25-52. Preparecharts, graphs, and conference materials in support of the conference management program andscheduled conferences through ARNG-ZP. Conduct research, collect, and compile historicalconference data for review by the GPM and ARNG leadership quarterly in support of AuditAgency and Inspector General Inquiries. Participate in the conference management programmeetings to capture data used to prioritize and negotiate scheduling of ARNG-ZP conferences.

- Responsible for medium to large scale projects related to the recruitment, selection and onboarding of new employees to include: interviewing and hiring, and advising senior level management of the most efficient and effective candidates- Evaluates sale comparisons to confirm all monthly and annual goals are met. - Review daily sales statistics to develop new strategies and analyzes management reports for month-to-date and year -to-date comparisons - Manages a department with over $8 million in annual revenue- Manage team productivity monthly and deliver annual performance reviews (APR). - Establishes rapport with potential and current customers to deliver optimal customer service effectively assessing the cause of customer issues and resolving customer complaints.
