Information Technology Support Analyst
CurrentAs an IT Support Analyst, I have been troubleshooting issues that range from L1, L2, and Junior System Admin support. The role consists of time management of ticket buckets, phone queues, document creation, and the technical setup of major events at SECURA Insurance. The setup of major events includes AV support, agenda planning, and dry runs to ensure each conference goes smoothly. Gained experience in the Intune environment as well as general administration of license allocation that consists of Adobe, GitHub, Co-pilot, etc.
