As a seasoned global head of architecture, I bring over a decade of experience in leading and directing architecture for global organizations on an enterprise level, across EA, Data, and Solution. Throughout my career, I have created strategies and policies that have successfully met overall business goals, while providing vision, problem-solving ability, and anticipating problems.My leadership has been instrumental in the implementation of architecture systems, advising adjustments to top management, analyzing current industry trends, identifying business opportunities, and implementing cost-reduction techniques. In partnership with global business groups, I have developed and owned regional roadmaps and local capability strategies, driving regional dissemination of EA strategy. As a strategic enterprise architect, I have helped build alignment between IT strategy and planning with the company's business goals, establishing enterprise architecture frameworks, principles, standards, processes, and procedures to direct the selection, development, implementation, and use of Technology within the enterprise. Throughout my career, I have collaborated with key stakeholders and internal teams to define enterprise architecture principles, standards and guidelines, and blueprints, while leading proofs-of-concept engagements for critical enterprise capabilities. I have served on Architecture Review Boards, reviewed and approved business requests against architecture guidelines, evaluated new tools, products, and technologies, and coordinated building and maintaining a baseline inventory of technologies, tools, and services.
