Manages the marketing, PR, and development budgets for the Zanesville Regional Campus. Oversees and coordinates institutional communications. Provides administrative leadership in the areas of internal and external communication, public relations, and information. Launched several continuing education programs. Works with local industry to provide job training and continuing education opportunities. Directs community partnership operations for the campus. Organizes campus events to engage alumni and community members. Leads and coordinates all development activity for the Zanesville campus, including major giving and the annual fund. Works closely with the Dean, faculty, and Ohio University's central advancement staff in identifying, cultivating and soliciting individual and organizational gift prospects. Coordinates with campus financial aid officer to provide scholarships, and with the Ohio University Foundation concerning endowed accounts, restricted accounts, and gift deposits.

Duties included: major gift solicitation, managing the college’s annual fund campaign, volunteer/internship/clerical staff management, writing of grants and funding proposals, acting as the foundation’s liaison with the college’s marketing department, designing appeals and acknowledgment letters, designing various communications in keeping with an overarching brand strategy, database management, prospect research, interdepartmental coordination, and administering 300+ foundation scholarship funds.

Managed a variety of prospect research tasks at the Conservatory and oversaw the development database (Raiser's Edge), working to design, implement, and coordinate interdepartmental data protocol. Responsible for a variety of copywriting tasks including generating acknowledgment letters, designing appeals, and creating copy for brochures and events. Trainer/point of contact for the Conservatory's point of sale system (Counterpoint) and managed the POS integration with Raiser's Edge.
