I joined Experian Hitwise in the year of 2010. My role was R&D lead and Scrum Master. I led 10 development team members across regions (US, UK, AU and MY) and delivered award winning projects. I introduced and implemented Continuous Integration (CI) System in the company, and greatly improved overall stability and visibility of the development pipeline. I was awarded the Best Behaviour and Technical Merits award in 2012, and also being rated a 5/5 for annual contribution in 2011.

I joined the company in July 2009 and quickly got promoted to team lead in Jan 2010. I was responsible in developing the web based engine of an IPPBX solution, also leading a team of 5 engineers, chairing daily meetings, weekly stakeholder showcase and meeting. I was rated a top performer in annual performance.
