Hello! I'm currently a student at the University of Utah working towards a B.S. in Operations & Supply Chain (OSC), graduating May 2023. I am the a member of the Operations and Supply Chain Club and love to take advantage of the hiking and national parks around the university.My educational experience has been unique. In 2017 I graduated Highschool and begun my journey to become a commercial diver and underwater welder in Santa Barbara California. While I fell in love with the adventurous and lively profession, fate had other plans for me. During my last semester of schooling, I contracted a serious sinus infection that damaged my sinuses and left me unable to comfortably and continuously dive.Instead of feeling sorry for myself, I finished my degree in Marine Technology (and my ADCI diving certifications) and left to find a new path to embark on. This path took me to Claremont California where I worked tirelessly with my father to build up his business. I fell in love with the operations, supply chain and project management parts of the business while I was the general manager and soon used the money I had saved to move out to Salt Lake City Utah to get my Bachelors degree in Operations and Supply Chain. Recently I have fell in love with the University of Utah and Salt Lake City; And I have developed a craving for exercise and hiking because of the infectious passion people have for healthy living in Utah. My hobbies include reading philosophy, hiking, weightlifting and learning from just about any source I can get my hands on.
