Report threats to security vendors to quarantine or isolate threats. ▪ Monitor and optimize Wi-Fi network performance, addressing any issues to guarantee uninterrupted wireless connectivity for users.▪ Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, network connectivity, and Windows Server, providing prompt support to end-users and IT staff. ▪ Administer the backup and recovery infrastructure, ensuring seamless and efficient data protection processes. ▪ Perform application migrations running on Windows Server 2012 R2 to a newer Windows Server OS or cloud service.
