For the last 20 years I was managing IT projects, building products and running startup companies. I had experience in designing intranets, social networks and business management apps as well as experience in managing developers teams.From 2013 I'm actively looking over bitcoin and blockchain innovations. In 2017 together with partners we have founded blockchain consulting company Blockvis and are actively developing solutions for various blockchain startups and ICO projects. I'm also participating as technical blockchain advisor in a few projects and am creator of JaroCoin (http://jarocoin.com) - first Initial Time Offering. Head Of ProductMysterium Network Jan 2020 - Dec 2021As a Head of Product of Mysterium Network I was responsible for all product engineering, marketing and strategy related questions.Mysterium is a global p2p network of exit nodes which provides VPN and proxy services. During my work in this position Mysterium stabilised its networking stack, released user friendly node installers as well as android, Windows, macOS and Linux client dVPN apps. I also lead research and development of unique nano payments solution (state channels based L3 solution on top of Polygon and Ethereum) which empowered p2p crypto currency payments in Mysterium Network.Noticeable achievements-------------------------- I started with team of 15 people and we grew to 35 people in end of 2021.- Network users grew 100 times (to 120 000) and network traffic 1000 times (From 1 Tb in beginning of 2020 to ~1 Pb in end of 2021)- We started with zero income, in beginning of 2021 it become paid network with stably growing income (doubling each quarter).- Finally in November of 2021 we have released Mysterium Network MainNet.
