Amidst the pandemic, over 200 community water filters were delivered to support 20,000 people in Vanuatu who were affected by Cyclone Harold. A follow-up study showed that our filters reduced the prevalence of diarrhea in the community by over 50%.

I serve as the Reconnaissance Officer in an artillery battalion. My work involves preparation and study of the deployment ground terrain, to determine how best to place our gun assets in a strategic manner to accomplish our mission in providing fire support. My work involves leading the Battalion Recce & Survey team, and coordinating between various smaller teams of officers, specialists and soldiers tasked with initial recce and assessment of the deployment grounds to enable the smooth deployment of the artillery gun assets.
