Real Estate Asset Manager
CurrentPortfolio management of multiple sites including office, commercial, residential and university buildings. Main focus on rental negotiations, leading the site managers, managing the service provider network and procuring services such as maintenance and construction management whilst keeping an eye on the common goals: portfolio value creation and customer satisfaction.Various tasks over the years have included property development and reuse of vacated buildings, working as a member of the RE investment unit steering group, leading the facilities team within the unit, responsibility for commercial RE marketing efforts and influencing the Finnish real estate field as a member in various cross-industry work groups (Rakli, Kiinko, etc.) Wide range of clients and partners from international corporations and public sector organizations to small start-ups. The chair or member of board in some 50 real estate companies and business park companies. Main geographical areas in Finland: the capital region, Turku, Tampere.
