Design and build of factory for Ricor Polska in Starczanowo (Nekla) - scope:- production hall 5000m2;- social-office-technical building 700m2;- fire-fighting water tank and rain water tank;- roads and external installations, - foundations for 1250t presses.

Extension of factory for Berker (Hager group) in Kórnik - scope:- production hall 1700m2;- social-technical building 1000m2;- fire-fighting water tank and pumping station;- roads and external installations.

- Responsible for delivering MW through the pipeline and cost targets within a development budget.- Responsible for initial stages of development of onshore wind projects: land acquisition and liaison with owner/authorities, EIA, analyzing wind and other GIS data, conducting statistical analyses, inspecting sites for potential feasibility, reviewing turbine site suitability, writing technical reports.- Portfolio management of the development pipeline to meet build, develop and sell targets and optimize development spend.- Develop mid-term strategies and priorities for market development across the Polish market.- Negotiate with potential co-development and project partners.- Lead the process of site discovery, initial technical and economic feasibility and layout studies in alignment with company requirements.- Lead relationship management with key stakeholders such as landowners, municipalities, project partners, Government authorities etc..- Provide data for Due Diligence activities during evaluation of co-development opportunities.- Assist in development of project budgets and programs.- Manage specialist consultants and contractors.- Reporting of project status and risks in accordance with the effective regulations.- Development of PV (photovoltaics) projects
