Hi, I'm Jaron Radam, an Electrical Engineering graduate from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and Electrical Design Engineer for Strata Power Group. We specialize in power automation, design, and protection. As a design engineer, we focus on medium voltage protection design, and can deliver new system design or perform relay retrofits and system protection upgrades. I thrive in both autonomous and collaborative environments, and my experience expands with hands on university labs where I gained an education in areas such as microcontrollers, FPGA-based multimedia systems, and more. I was also an active member of IEEE, where I helped plan and participate in workshops. I also have experience working with AutoCAD, Aveva, MATLAB/Simulink, Xilinx Vivado, and analog and digital circuit design, as well as using various testing equipment and protection relays.
