As a head of Software Engineering I was put in charge of 4 workstreams- Software Engineering Workstream specializing in web application development.- Robotic Process Automation Workstream focused on creating robots that save the company time and resources.- Infrastructure LAN Team Leadership, specializing in server management. - Hardware automation work stream that is responsible for the implementation of new automation technologies and subsequent maintenance.

As a Project Manager I led various projects in the field of automation, processes, and technology. My role involved planning, coordinating, and managing projects from the initial phase to completion. I was responsible for communicating with clients and team management to ensure that all project requirements and objectives were met. Throughout the projects, I was responsible for monitoring and managing risks, planning financial resources, troubleshooting, and leading the team to achieve successful project completion within the time and budget plan.

As an automation engineer, I have gained extensive experience inSCADA programing, designing, implementing, and maintaining automated systems. Myprimary responsibility was to ensure that the automated systemsfunctioned accurately, efficiently, and safely, and I approached thiswith a focus on continuously improving processes and findinginnovative solutions.

Working as a production support typically involves providingassistance to the production team to ensure smooth operations.Including tasks such as resolving technical issues, providingequipment maintenance, and supporting the setup and operation ofmachinery.
