During that time I have tried different roles and faced many challenges, including the establishment of an intranet system, change implementation, or logistics management.As an engineering graduate, I do believe that innovations and trends are necessary if a business wants to remain competitive. But equally important is to remember history. Professional and personal development of employees was important to Ján Antonín Baťa, who founded the company in 1938. This man built strong foundations for his successors and his legacy is something I try to keep in mind every day.
