In 1991 we founded the company SOUKUP, which initially focused on the import of Italian woodworking machines. Now our family-owned company is fully focused on the production of its own machinery for the manufacture of wooden windows and prefabricated structures and timber frame houses. We can offer tailor-made reliable solutions for our customers. The company currently stands on two main production pillars:➡ timber buildings and prefabrication➡ window productionMy passion for woodworking machinery and woodworking engineering started during my studies. I have graduated from the Furniture High School in Volyně and subsequently from the Faculty of Wood Technology in Zvolen, Slovakia. It made sense for me to build on the years of experience with my own business, where I fully applied not only my passion but also my business spirit.From a small, rented hall, SOUKUP company began a foothold throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia before reaching many European countries and overseas. I am proud of my family-owned business; in recent years, the company is joined by my sons Zbyněk and Filip, dedicated to marketing and design. Since the beginning, it has focused on supplying of woodworking machinery and engineering of woodworking technology especially for windows and doors. More than 50 manufacturers use our window machining line and tools in the Czech and Slovak Republic. Since 2001 we have been operating in foreign countries getting practical experiences in the UK, Italy, Scandinavia and India as well.2006 - We started with the production of our own working window centre WIZARD.2009 - We presented a new machining window line for a knock-down system of manufacturing of components WIZARD DRILLEX.2011 - We launched a new range of CNC machining centres.2012 - The wood building and prefabrication has become a second pillar in the SOUKUP company. 2013 - SOUKUP AMERICA INC. has started to provide business in North America territory.2015 - The whole production starts in a new factory in Nupaky near Prague. Our own CNC machining centres prepare the parts for painting and assembly of our machines. 2019 - The basis of the new technology has become the PONTEC multifunctional CNC bridge.2022 - The traditional window production on angular machines was supplemented by the SPECTRA CNC machining centre and the VERSA multifunctional boring machine.2023 - Off-site equipment we design with factory blown insulation and this in cooperation with X-Floc from Germany.2024 - The new generation of PONTEC CNC multifunction bridge is designed with interchangeable pneumatic tooling.
