Maintenance, design and development of new features within a database heavy project (data warehouse like project).I was responsible for design and development of T-SQL code according to business requirements provided by product owners using a wide array of internal company tools according to set of standards and best practices of both company and those set within our team. I was in daily close contact with analysts and product owners regarding current tasks which lead me to often explaining technical matters to mostly non technical people. During the last year of my employment, I was the sole database developer for a project that supported work of mid sized team of product owners and analysts and I therefore became the primary point of contact for them in technical matters as well as the sole person responsible for handling of all technical matters of mentioned project, whether they were in my area of expertise or not.

Development of new data warehouse code in oracle PL/SQL according to company and team standards. Investigation and fixing of issues found in both production and non-production (test) environments.

A team that I was part of was responsible for day-to-day support of complex application with on-call duties and support model 7 days a week for at least 8 hours.My responsibilities:- investigation of issues in depth- searching through xml logs- testing of new features-fixes of prevuiosly found bugs- deploying new features to production/non-production environments-getting new production releases through internal bureaucracy - bugtesting- communicating techincal things to business people-set up of custom application monitoring-automation of often repeating tasksFor year and a half I have been solo supporting one part of the system. That means that everything regarding this part of system (smaller data warehouse delivered by contracted company) went through me. That included: investigation of all the reported issues through the system (from end to end), communication and coordination with internal colleagues, business people and contracted company, custom application monitoring set up and management and more.
