Responsible for durability tests and dynamic tests in Test Centre of R&D department. -Testing of rubber bushings, rubber bump stops, engine mounts, hydromounts... according to provided specification - Creating test sequences according to the specification - Consulting the test specification with orderer, clarification and suggestion of testing possibilities - Setting up the test systems, Instron and MTS hydraulic systems according to demanded conditions - Processing of RLD, road load data signals and measured signals during the test - Calculating the drive signal for the test rig with use of the iteration software - Embeding the specified measurement cycles, dynamic measurement and static measurements into the test sequence - Creating the photo documentation of tested samples before, during and after the test and describing the damages found - Creating of comprehensive test reports - Presentation of test results to the customer

Responsible for validation of PLG, Power liftgate systems for new automotive industry projects to ensure the correct functionality of the system for end customer. - Creating test orders according to the customer specifications and requirements - Testing of systems according to customer specifications and requirements - Creating test plans - Collecting and evaluating the data from performed tests - Risk assessment of system assemblies using certain components and technologies in given conditions - Creating release documentation necessary for continuing the project to its next stage - Validating changes in subassemblies and components - Validating the new manufacturing technologies used in assemblies

As part of the R&D Validation department I was responsible for validation of components and connections in assembly of window regulator system, to validate the new project specific components, design changes and material changes of the components. - Conducting the correct type of the tests according to the specification - Testing the performance of the connections in system assembly - Performing the tests to define the parameters of new types of connections in assembly - Performing the tests to define the performace limits of components - Validation of new tooling for manufacturing the components or creating the connections - Analyzing the system to ensure that the components are used within their performance limits - Collecting and assessing the data after the test to create needed documentation - Suggesting the possible design improovements
