* MANAGING IT *All my professional life I’ve been rotating at different positions in the field of information technologies. My activities are always connected to some kind of project. More than ten years I’ve been working in various positions, both as an employee or contractor, in the role of director, team leader or project manager.* DREAM JOB *I would like to work for an international company which is well aware of it’s values, long-term goals and which is able to realize what exactly is the added value for its customers. My motivation is to participate in its growth, to understand, respect and contribute to its corporate culture together with colleagues, who feel the same way.* BEING DIFFERENT AND/OR AGILE *At my work, I’m searching for ways to do things differently. This is typically reflected in non-traditional practices and values that are a great motivation for me. I can see these practices in project management future, and not only in the IT world. It is therefore very important for me that the agile principles match the thinking of my employer and that I‘m able to apply my previous experience in practice.* WHAT I DO AND DON'T VALUE *I’m not looking for a routine job and so that for me it‘s very relevant to have the opportunity for personal improvement by meeting new people, new ideas and by seeing the same things from different perspectives. I do not like disregard and I hate arrogance. I always want my personal values to be obvious from my behavior.I prefer personal contact over social networks and do not overestimate the importance of technologies in live.
