Working as a Concept supervisor on retail brand experience projects. Focusing on retail in-store brand solutions. Successfully deliver projects for leading global fashion brands such as Dior, Calvin Klein, The North Face, adidas, Nike, Puma, Vans etc. From other verticals worked on concepts for DYSON, Skoda, Godiva, Vodafone. My role was close to client to understand a needs and come up with solution.

In this role I was responsible for developing Seznam.cz desktop software (custom browsers, browser plugins, desktop email checker, mobile apps etc.) software.seznam.cz, designing business model for software distribution (search revenue share based model - modification of Sklik PPC system), creating partners network and acquiring users for Seznam.cz search engine. Lead negotiations with partners such as Microsoft, Yandex, AVG, ICQ, Mozilla, Opera and many others. Very challenging job. Everything had to be done from scratch. Nowdays distribution is multi milion buisness for Seznam.cz

Developing slando.com. As a Project manager I was responsible for wide range of projects.

Managing Czech site of slando.com including Content Management, SEO creation, PPC campaigns maintaining and partnerships on Czech market.
