My main role at Tomorrow Man is the facilitation of mental health and well-being programs with sports clubs, blue and white collar buseiness', high school students, parents, teachers and community groups. When not delivering, the role included a dynamic workload involving project administration, customer relationship management, daily business operations, program design, research & development, sales and business development.

My main role at The Man Cave was the facilitation of mental health and well-being programs through the lens of masculinity with young high school boys. Outside of my facilitation role here I had the privilege of conducting recruitment and training for new facilitators, program design, and providing diversity and inclusion recommendations specifically with LGBTQIA+ communities and trauma-informed practice.

My main role at The Reach Foundation was the facilitation of youth development workshops & community programs. Some of the workshop themes included peer dynamics, resilience, leadership and change & transition. The Reach Foundation gave me the opportunity to work with the most diverse range of young people from primary & secondary school students, to sports clubs & university graduates. A large part of this role was program design, event management, coaching, mentoring and in-house professional development & education. One of my career highlights at The Reach Foundation includes delivering Hero's Day, an inspirational change program for four hundred Year 9 students per day.

As a part of the People & Culture team, my role was dynamic and different every single day at Bounce Inc. One aspect was staff recruitment and selection, which involved large group interviews and also formal job interviews. The Bounce Inc induction program involved 4 days of training groups of up to 60 new staff members on the brand, culture, vision, mission, values, and role-specific training. I did this a few times a year across all of our Australian venues and also overseas at some of our global venues. Another element of the role was coaching & development of existing staff. One of the main development programs I helped design and deliver was the coaching program. A 5-day course in the theories and principles of coaching for the delivery of our all-ages gymnastics program. One of the other delivery aspects of this role was creating and conducting culture sessions to break down barriers and facilitate positive dynamics for groups comprised of different roles and levels of seniority. Behind the scenes, I managed multiple projects including the creation & updating of global documents, manuals & business tools for induction training, programs, and new policy globalization.My career highlight during my 7 years at Bounce Inc was launching our India Venue in Mumbai which involved inducting and training 80 international staff members and supporting the leadership team for two months post the official launch.
