Connecting employers with educators and students to create relevant learning experiences is what drives my work. When consulting with educators and employers I help make "Why do I need to learn this?" (students) and "How do we develop the talent pipeline?" (employers) relic questions from a by-gone era. Relevance is key to deep learning and it cannot be taught without the active involvement of the community. Employers play a unique role in partnering with people who have made student learning their life's work. Together, we can get all kids career ready while filling employers' talent needs. Careers are found at the intersection knowing what you like, knowing what you are good at, and knowing if people are willing to pay for it.
