Worked with Concept Artist and Game Director to develop Art Direction for the Sci-Fi/Fantasy Player Characters and Enemies.Created 150+ pieces of RPG Equipment and helped develop systems for Equipment Randomisation inside UE5. Worked with Tech Art and later solo to create materials inside UE.Worked with Programmers and other team members to develop.

My role here is to working with teams to help realise their creative vision. I add in my own thoughts where necessary but primarily work to help extract creative intent from teams and management and present it back to them in an easily digestible way that all can follow.This role has also included lots of mentoring more junior staff, helping with.
