In life, we are all designers. Whether you design for the world, a community, a program or just for yourself, we are all influential in the design that creates beauty in the world. I am an educator, a designer, a programmer, and a storyteller. I educate and empower people to live their best versions of themselves and inspire that in others; I design amazing, clean, user experiences and business practices; I program people through operational design, and I live to tell the tale in order to inspire others to keep designing. So what does it all mean? One word, operations! I partner with executive leaders to design efficient business operations and manage the teams that report to the CEO. I sit on executive leadership teams to inspire the company around a shared vision and build systems that make that vision a reality. Once we've worked together to figure out the WHY, I ask the question "How does it get done?"My background has allowed me to play a lead role in steering the operations of organizations across industries from startups to global brands. From a user-centered lens, I push chief officers to build business practices that create harmony between efficiency and equity designing systems that keep the business running smoothly and remain accountable to organizational needs.The building blocks of my career have brought me here: the intersection of technology, education, public health, and culture, playing Frogger as I build stronger systems to get us all from one side of the street to the other.
