At Vistabeam I have built and developed different department teams through recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees. Created and implemented new hiring processes and policies to coincide with our company needs and core values. Played an integral role in growing the company from 12 employees to 35 employees. Oversee day-to-day company operations including sales, customer support, insurance, facilities, HR, and legal.

Lead and mentor student-athletes to reach their potential by implementing and developing team culture, mentality, and techniques for all ability levels. Hired, reviewed, and develop coaching staff. Consistently increased student participation each year. My student-athletes have steadily increased their performance and execution each season with multiple state placers and individual state champions. I have lead and developed our team from a top 50 team to be a perennial top 5 team and even winning a team state title in 2021.
