Loving the experience thus far. Learning new things on a daily. Daily bread baking, sour dough, white bread, English muffins etc. Learning about meat curing, cheese making.Definitely opening up a different side of the industry for me but I'm enjoying all the ideas the new experience is generating in my free time.

Line chef on the Grill section, Fryer section, Cold section, Hot section.Fast pace work, fun if prepared and lots of knowledge gained.

Pastry chef at prince of tarts. Thoroughly enjoyed working this job. Got along well with everyone. Enjoyed my work and the freedom I was given within my job. Worked at the bakery in my younger years during holidays and weekends when I could,learning what I would where I could along the way.
