Jarred frequently communicated with BC Hydro’s contract management representatives to resolve work changes and ongoing construction matters. He managed all subcontractors, suppliers and service providers. Jarred tracked all change orders, processed monthly payments, and submitted pricing notifications to BC Hydro for negotiation discussions. He provided team leadership with the establishment of worksite safety procedures and subcontractor performance standards while ensuring all work activities progressed in accordance to plan specifications, timelines, and safety protocols to achieve productivity, target goals, and quality. Jarred continued in his role as Project Manager past the original project completion date to undertake additional work and maintenance awarded by BC Hydro.

Responsibilities included developing a detailed scope of works to ensure no scope gaps, writing of technical tender packages and Contracts to Subcontractors, suppliers and service provides to ensure works associated with the critical path occurred as scheduled. Jarred's roles included that of Project Scheduler and was responsible for maintaining the progress schedule in Primavera P6 to reflect accurate on-site work dates and re-baseline contract schedules when affected by owner issued work changes.Adjustments in design and methodologies were encountered and frequently communicated with BC Hydro representatives to resolve work changes and ongoing construction matters.
