In my role as Salary Packaging Relationship Manager, it is my pleasure to work with both employers and employees establishing best practice novated leasing and salary packaging solutions. As part of the wider fleet sales team in the Queensland region, I work closely with my ‘tool of trade’ counterparts, to deliver businesses Australia’s leading ‘Complete Fleet Solution’ and partnering with our clients as a Trusted Mobility Provider.

I began my career in Salary Packaging and Novated Leasing working with RACV Salary Solutions as novated phone consultant. RACV was later bought out by the Smart Group at which point I was promoted to the role of ‘Field Consultant’. As a field consultant I found it particularly rewarding to work with employees educating them on ways to maximise their take home pay by introducing ATO approved, tax-reduction strategies. HIGHLIGHTS: - Consistently among the highest performing field consultants who maintained the significant QLD Government Salary Packaging contract. - Achieved overwhelming success in multiple rural and remote areas contributing to the financial well-being of many Queenslanders.

Having held various roles in Australia post, my favourite part of my jobs was always complaint resolution. There is nothing better than turning around a customer experience and creating an advocate. Throughout my time at Australia post I moved from a ‘Domestic Consultant’, handling inbound inquiries, to ‘Floor Supervisor’, dealing predominantly with escalations, and finally to ‘Team Leader’, before I moved into Salary Packaging and Novated Leasing. HIGHLIGHTS: - 3 months running my team topped the national NPS for any team within Australia in a company-wide first. - Significant skill development in ‘root cause’ analysis and solving multifaceted problems within a large complex national network.
