As a Mechanical Engineer at Crown Equipment Corporation, I design and develop new products and features for the material handling industry. I use Siemens NX to create 3D models and simulations, and collaborate with other engineers, technicians, and customers to ensure quality and functionality. I have worked on several projects, such as designing a lift truck floorboard, improving the ergonomics of a steering tiller, and testing a prototype for a battery system.I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Miami University in 2021, where I gained a solid foundation in engineering principles, mathematics, and physics. I also honed my leadership and communication skills as the President of the Men's Water Polo team and as an Assistant Trip Leader at the Outdoor Pursuit Center. Additionally, I earned my Eagle Scout and my Leave No Trace Trainer certifications, which reflect my values of service, responsibility, and environmental stewardship. My goal is to apply my skills and passion for engineering to create innovative solutions that make a positive impact on the world.
