After many years on the amazing Xbox accounts, I had the opportunity to move to a newly won social retainer with Riot Games. As Director of Project Management for the new social AOR, I played a pivotal role in establishing operations and toolsets for the team. My responsibilities included the setup and management of the multi-MM budget, hiring, collaborating closely with discipline leads, and overseeing the onboarding process for a high-profile gaming client with global recognition. Additionally, I took on a hands-on role in producing social content, encompassing both evergreen and campaign materials, specifically for Riot's VALORANT title.

I served as the PM lead for the Xbox Social and Integrated marketing teams, overseeing projects spanning hardware, titles, partnerships, and events. My responsibilities encompassed resource management, budget tracking, and the documentation and refinement of processes. I had the privilege of leading a highly skilled six-person social PM team as well.

I led Xbox Hardware & Accessories and Brand Partnerships portions of the team's accounts, collaborating closely with a great PM team on content for hardware releases and brand partnerships with Warner Brothers, MAC, Disney/Marvel, Waze, and Nike/Jordan. I also worked on GTM plans with Xbox-contracted agencies, contributed to PM team growth, and managed our multi-million-dollar budget alongside discipline leads. It was a dynamic role combining client service, creativity, and strategy.

I had the role of Senior Social Media Producer, primarily focused on Xbox Hardware & Accessories projects. It was an exciting position because, as the social media Agency of Record (AOR) for Xbox at Ayzenberg, my team and I were responsible for crafting content across various owned and operated channels.One of the most thrilling aspects of the job was collaborating with partner agencies and internal Microsoft stakeholders to develop and execute Xbox's global campaigns. It was a role that allowed me to be at the forefront of shaping Xbox's online presence and connecting with the gaming community on a global scale.

As part of a small and tight-knit team at HDF, I was responsible for client services and creative development for social, OOH, digital, and paid media assets on $MM campaigns. I also contributed to agency branding updates, social strategies and content rollout plans, and a full website redevelopment. I collaborated discipline leads on new business pitches, estimates and billing, vendor relationships, staffing, and general office management.

Managed digital and print projects across three accounts. Worked closely with account leads, designers, developers (local and remote), strategists, and clients. Created / maintained budget, scope, and spec documentation.

I managed products and engineers for (mt)'s web hosting and add-ons, overseeing the entire development lifecycle using tools like scopes, briefs, wireframes, and user stories. Resource allocation was handled with JIRA and Kanban boards. I also contributed to strategic planning through market analysis and SWOT reports.

Managed specs and wireframes, created, assigned, and tracked development tickets via GitHub, (iOS and API code bases). Helped develop app FAQs and customer support emails. Version 1.0 released on 02/22/12 via iTunes.

Working with senior leads and C-Suite, I helped develop RFI, RFP, and pitch content, tracked budgets, designed / managed agency credentials (regional, global, and category-specific). Oversaw studio’s production and presentation tasks.

Managed translation process for 14 languages (main site and software). Planned internationalization, (i18n) / localization (l10n) / globalization (g11n) for Limewire P2P client. Production design for in-client graphics. Developed roll-out plans for beta music-streaming service dubbed Grapevine.

Built and maintained websites / edited images for web. Clients included: Sony Pictures Classics, Island Def Jam, Verve, and Universal Music Group.

Designed promotional content, updated social networks, managed domains, created eCRM campaigns, provided basic analytics & traffic reports, updated label release schedules.

Managed content from editors, designers, and marketing specialists, created / curated genre & historical mixes, (physical & digital iTunes releases), assisted in office management.
