I am the Product Manager, Product Owner, and Project Manager for my products. I am solely responsible for completely rebuilding and reimagining the entire suite of real estate, construction, and maintenance applications used companywide. I am working with the business stakeholders to gather all the requirements. I am reimagining the UX screens and workflows, demoing prototypes, writing all the user stories for both development teams and communicating all timelines to everyone involved. Furthermore, I mentor all the other product managers on the current real estate project and the inventory reporting project. I previously owned the inventory reporting application that allows store owners to monitor inventory variances versus audit results for different time periods. I worked closely with asset protection, accounting, and the data lake teams to ensure that the tool is accurate. I managed the backlog and roadmap, create all the user stories, and gathered all the requirements for the application.I also created a completely new HR Referral application. The application allows HR to send individual store managers and franchisees potential candidate information for possible interviews for open positions by simply uploading one excel file with the pertinent information. This resulted in large time and effort savings on both sides and increased usage significantly.
