I love learning and my career in engineering allows me the opportunity to learn every day on the job. In my professional career so far I have spent three years designing and implementing automation equipment for customers in the medical, amusement, defense, and consumer goods industries. Some of my most fulfilling work has been designing automated machines for building sprinklers and covid-19 saliva tests. I’ve also enjoyed leading teams of engineers and mechanics to root out variation in projects to increase safety, throughput, and decrease waste.For the last year, I’ve worked for the Air Force upgrading some of their automated test equipment and driving process improvements both is automated tests, machines, and manual repair processes.My hobbies include fixing cars, home improvement projects, community musical theater, and getting to know new people. I’ve also recently started learning to golf!
